For over 20 years G Communications (G Com) has provided a broad array of clients with effective diversity communications consultation services to support their diversity and inclusion strategies. We are known for our unique customized solutions designed to solve specific diversity-related challenges that prohibit the optimization of their initiatives or programs. We develop and implement plans that leveraged the business cases for diversity and inclusion into new market opportunities that maximum return on investment. Based in Milwaukee Wisconsin, GCom has served over 100 small, medium and large multinational firms, ranging from community-based organizations, to government institutions, to Fortune 500 B2B and B2C corporations. GCom’s primary diversity focus is in the areas of supplier diversity, workforce diversity and diversity communications.

The capacity to serve all three core areas of diversity rests within the founder, Brandon Adams’ experience in working with c-suite executives, purchasing departments, human resources departments and corporate communications departments.

This provides GCom with the ability to develop strategically integrate plans that align our clients’ best practices with diversity industry best practices, resulting in unique advantages within their marketplaces. GCOM’s has over 30 years of experience as a multi-disciplined communications firm. It was established in 1989 by securing highly-coveted accounts with companies like Oster, Miller Brewing Company and Johnson Controls as foundational clients. While serving these companies GCOM discovered a compelling need to develop processes and strategies for assisting clients with organizational development and diversity and inclusion support, as a part of a more comprehensive effort to build and sustain brand loyalty in diverse market segments. This led to one of the firm’s more unique qualifications as an integrated emerging markets expert.
